CONTENTS
edeconomy-fraud-operations-dashboard.html — self-contained HTML/CSS/JavaScript example
sample-daily-trends.csv — synthetic daily receipts, completions and ending inventory
README.txt — these notes

DATA AND LIMITATIONS
All data, targets, status mixes, timeliness rates and compliance indicators are synthetic.
They do not describe a real institution or establish an industry benchmark.
The sample reporting date is September 30, 2026, not today's date.
The CSV does not feed the HTML. Edit/rebuild the template to change values.
The trend CSV starts with September 23 ending inventory of 8,900. No reopens,
transfers or adjustments are assumed in this simplified sample bridge.
Percentages and other panels are illustrative, not a supplied case-level dataset.
Queue-level work-on-hand examples assume queue-specific historical production;
the package does not include that history or SLO eligibility denominators.
The seven-day SLO figure is a mean of daily percentages, not pooled attainment.
Bars are scaled to the largest category within each panel.

PRODUCTION ADAPTATION
Implement governed data ingestion and measures, working filters, access controls,
auditability and approved clock logic before using the design for operations.
Define work-item scope, counting rules, snapshot cutoff and legal requirements.
Reconcile transfers, reopens and adjustments without double counting.
Internal SLOs are separate from regulatory deadlines. Compliance tiles are examples,
not legal advice, a deadline engine or compliance certification. The word Restricted
is a label in the demo; it does not enforce access restrictions.
Keep customer, account, case and confidential information out of public downloads.

PUBLIC EDITION CHANGES
Preserved the original layout and tabs; corrected the document title; labeled the
sample; disabled inactive filters; corrected aging bar proportions; aligned daily
trend summaries and the inventory chart with the included synthetic trend CSV;
clarified throughput interpretation, aging boundaries and compliance limitations.
Version 1.1 adds accessible tab semantics and a noindex directive for hosted preview
copies so the explanatory EdEconomy article remains the preferred search result.
